Davina Kirby

Davina specialises in all aspects of family law, including divorce, financial remedy and child related work. Davina is a member of Resolution and is an accredited Resolution Collaborative Family Lawyer and Mediator. She has particular experience working for clients with significant assets.

By assisting clients in deciding what process will suit them best and their family, Davina is able to find constructive and cost effective solutions to a client’s problems. Davina is a keen member of the South Bucks and Berkshire Collaborative Lawyers Pod. She is also a trustee of the Chiltern Child Contact Centre.

After qualifing some 30 years ago, Davina was a partner in a large firm in Hemel Hempstead before establishing Davina Kirby & Co over 20 years ago.

Davina spends her free time looking after family and Skye the dog. She also enjoys swimming, gardening and cycling.
