Our Billing

When it comes to family law, come to us. We are there to make the changes in your life positive ones.

We endeavour from your first contact with us to explain our fees clearly and fairly. After your initial interview we will forward to you our full terms of business and a cost estimate.

The initial part of your first meeting – 35 minutes - is free of charge then our billing is dependent upon who in our team has produced the work for you. Each member of the team charges a different rate. We will charge you after your initial interview and then to keep you informed of your costs and future costs, we charge you monthly. Late payment can be subject to interest.

As compared to other Legal Practices, we ask for a relatively nominal payment on account of costs. We endeavour to use these funds to finance our final invoice, but we can use these funds to cover court fees expert fees and any other expenses paid on your behalf sometimes these are significant, and we will last for additional monies on account during the case.
